Busy busy busy

It’s stange for me as a mom of school aged children, to remember what it’s like to have a toddler, a very busy toddler. I stroll past the “baby” aisle in HEB and think how much time I used to spend in that aisle. Diapers, wipes, baby food, sippy cups, those yummy crunchy puff snacks which I could totally eat my weight in – all these things that used to be such a huge part of my life are now non-existent.

The same goes with a 2 year old toddler. My youngest is now 4 1/2, way past the 2 year old stage, and so I have forgotten just how busy a toddler can be. I know each one of my children were like this because as soon as Miss A started running around, with me following very close behind, it brought back memories for me. Oh yea, I remember this stage! Contstantly running, exploring, asking questions, not stopping for longer than 2 seconds, and then off again to find the newest curiosity in their path. I had to be very creative when it came to getting this sweet girl to connect with me – even Mom was creative by bringing bubbles to our session! Way to go Mom! I appreciate it! Oh and Grandma! Thank you for being my wrangler! Between the three of us, we kept this busy, very busy, toddler in a somewhat controlled area! LOL! 🙂 She kept me on my toes, but I loved every minute of it & I love the smiles I captured!

Does Miss A look familiar? She should! I have photographed her several times over the past few years! I love watching her grow!

Love her “kissy” face!

Ok, just found this one too…. gosh, so many cute photos!
