Costume Party Fun ~ Round Rock Child Photographer

This past weekend, my daughter turned 2 years old, and just like the previous year, we had a Halloween themed birthday party. All the children showed up in their costumes, and the adults had so much fun oooo-ing and aaaawh-ing over them. We had bumble bees, a cowboy, lots of superheros, a swash-buckling pirate, and Raggedy Ann.

Here are just a few of the kids in their costumes:

Here is Miss T blowing out her Number 2 candle!

Look at the difference one year makes. Same two little girls, one image from last year’s party, and one image from this year’s party. Makes me a little sad at how much they’ve grown!

Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl!

LOVE these!! My son is turning two on the weekend and he wants NOTHING to do with his halloween costume, so we are having a “Bee” party! Love your little trick or treaters, they are cuties!!

Rach, those pictures are so cute! I love the comparison from last year to this year of T and her friend. SO sweet! Is she a belly button girl too?

Sorry I missed saying this sooner, but happy birthday to your sweet baby girl!

Beautiful Wedding at Hamilton 12

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph a lovely couple at the beautiful Hamilton Twelve here in Austin Texas this past Friday. This stunning Mediterranean Style architecture was the perfect backdrop for this stunning couple to be married.

All the groomsmen had to hold back the groom – he was trying to escape! Ok, not really, but it sure made for a fun shot!

I photographed the bride next, isn’t she gorgeous? Her dress fit her perfectly!

The cake (or should I say cakes) were fabulous. Such attention to detail.

The ceremony was performed on the back patio by the pool. Rose petals adorned the floor and candles lit the evening air.

Afterwards I took the bride and groom for some up close and personal portraits. The groom told me he wasn’t really one to have a ton of portraits taken of him, but in this image you couldn’t even tell. He’s a natural.

And last but not least, a portrait of Granny. I wanted to share this one because I know everyone loves her and was so glad she was there at the ceremony.

Looks like it was a beautiful wedding! ๐Ÿ™‚ Love the cake shot and the photo of the bride in the doorway. Great job Rae! ๐Ÿ™‚

If the above wedding pictures are an indication of all of the rest to come – I can’t wait. You did a Super job.

Thanks
Sharon

My Lil’ Scholar : Round Rock Child Photographer

My oldest son started kindergarten this year, and it’s been pretty quiet at home with just the younger two. I am amazed at how quickly he has learned how to write and read. Less than 2 months ago, he couldn’t write his name, and now he is writing sentences! ๐Ÿ™‚ So what was his first sentence he wrote? “I lik to go to Chuke Chez and pla gams” TRANSLATION: I like to go to Chuckie Cheese and play games. I’m just so proud of him. Here are a few silly portraits of my little scholar!

Ryan - October 20, 2008 - 1:24 am

Aw, Gavin! You are growing up TOO fast, little man! What a great sentence!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Jade

I am a memeber of the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep organization, and I assisted in my first session last night at Dell’s Children’s Hospital; a very precious little girl named Jade. I want to send a special thank you out to Shannon Martinez, the photographer who performed the session. She was so wonderful and patient with me. My thoughts and prayers go out to Jade’s family.

I also wanted to let my clients know that I will be on-call for NILMDTS the following weeks:

Oct 19th – 25th

Nov 23rd – 29th

So if you need to get a hold of me and I dont return your call/email immediately during these particular weeks, know that might be in a NILMDTS session. Please know that I will get back to as soon as I can.
