Lil’ Miss Sunshine ~ Round Rock Child Photographer

After the hectic week I had, this beautiful girl was such a ray of sunshine to my day! I had the privilege to photograph her last year, and when her mommy contacted me again this year, I didn’t hesitate to say yes! We played games and told stories about the squirrels who lived at the top of the gazebo. Gotta love the imagination of 3 year olds. This little girl is just the sweetest, giving her mommy tons of hugs and blowfish kisses. Thanks Mom for such a wonderful morning; I treasure the time we spent together. Here is just a sneak peek of the wonderful shots I captured this weekend.

Rach, I just love these! You can feel her excitement in the pictures!

Kutter ~ NILMDTS

Since being on call this week for NILMDTS, I received 3 calls, I have only been able to help with one. I asked the area coordinator if this is a ‘normal’ week considering how many times we’ve been notified for sessions, and she said no, it’s been a busy week for the Austin NILMDTS. I had the opportunity to assist in another session, this time with the wonderfully talented Marc Turner. I just want to send out a thank you to him. I also want to send out prayers to Kutter’s family, may you find peace in this time of sorrow.

Again, I want to apologize to my clients. I know I have been behind in getting emails and phone calls returned. Between 4 birthday parties, photographing a wedding, my husband having surgery, a NILMDTS session, dealing with a stomach bug, and all the other daily happenings of a stay at home mother of 3, I have been completely up to my ears with work this past week (and the week’s not over)!

Costume Party Fun ~ Round Rock Child Photographer

This past weekend, my daughter turned 2 years old, and just like the previous year, we had a Halloween themed birthday party. All the children showed up in their costumes, and the adults had so much fun oooo-ing and aaaawh-ing over them. We had bumble bees, a cowboy, lots of superheros, a swash-buckling pirate, and Raggedy Ann.

Here are just a few of the kids in their costumes:

Here is Miss T blowing out her Number 2 candle!

Look at the difference one year makes. Same two little girls, one image from last year’s party, and one image from this year’s party. Makes me a little sad at how much they’ve grown!

Happy Birthday my sweet baby girl!

Rach, those pictures are so cute! I love the comparison from last year to this year of T and her friend. SO sweet! Is she a belly button girl too?

Sorry I missed saying this sooner, but happy birthday to your sweet baby girl!
